Hudson Valley Sustainable Fashion Week expands to a two-day event on September 25 and 26 to Celebrate Local Eco-Conscious Style and Innovation
STONE RIDGE, NY — Hudson Valley Sustainable Fashion Week is officially returning this season with a new format at a new location. The three year-old nonprofit will take over Stone Ridge Orchard for what they are coining “The Week[end],” bringing together regional designers, artisans, and eco-conscious folks for a multi-day celebration of ethical style, circularity, and environmental stewardship.
The Week[end] kicks off with their cornerstone event on Friday night. The Organic Runway showcases sustainable fashion designers’ latest creations modeled en plein air through the orchard. Pick apples, sip local cider, and get a prime spot amongst the trees to watch the show at sunset. Come back on Saturday for the inaugural Slow Fashion Fair: an all-ages celebration with workshops, vendors, demos, a clothing swap, live music, and circular fashion fun!
The event will take place on Friday, September 25th, and Saturday, September 26th, at Stone Ridge Orchard, 3012 NY-213, Stone Ridge, NY 12484. Tickets are on sale now, with VIP packages and general admission options available. VIP sales end Friday, September 18th, or until sold out.
