This year’s Organic Runway Show IV will take place on Friday, September 25th, 2026

Application Info:
We invite sustainable designers based in New York's Hudson Valley to apply. All applications are due by Wednesday, April 1st. Designers will be notified of our final selections via email no later than Friday, April 25th. 

Each designer is expected to produce five looks and secure their own models, but we do an open call for models as an additional service.

Applications will be reviewed by the HVSFW board and selected based on factors including but not limited to: location, sustainable design practices, materials used, and brand ethos. 

Designs featured on the runway are required to be 90% repurposed/ upcycled or deadstock (including shoes and accessories)

For our fourth year, we are trying something new:

Announcing Hudson Valley Sustainable Fashion Week(end)

It’s called slow fashion, and we’d like to reflect that by allocating more time to learn about the design process and create space to connect with fellow circular fashion advocates.

We are thrilled to announce a second daytime event to follow the Organic Runway IV - Like a slow fashion fair! We’ll be inviting local creatives to showcase their designs and spend a day on the farm.

There will be food trucks, a clothing swap, live music, workshops, local eco organizations and live demos.

Participating designers will be allotted a 10 x 10’ area to set up their own pop-up shop, and an opportunity to share with attendees their design process and details from the pieces shown on the runway.

Fee structure:

Friday 9/25: Organic Runway: $150 | Saturday 9/26: Slow Fashion Fair: $150 |Both days: $250

Instructions for payment will be sent with your acceptance letter and contract.
